Small plates, adapted from Spain’s delicious Tapas, have been a dining trend for the last few years. While the usual US adaptation leans towards a series of appetizers, the Three Cats approach is a little different. 

While some of our menu items are similar to traditional  appetizers, most of our small plates will be compositions. Mini entrees, you might say. These dishes are made to share and we suggest you order them in a series of flights. Start with two or three dishes then order again. Or maybe even a third time.
